Kensington Carpet One Floor & Home consistently maintain high levels of Installation performance. In addition to the standard manufacturer product warranty, we offer a lifetime installation warranty. If for any reason your installation is not satisfactory, we will ensure the issue is handled appropriately. Your satisfaction is our satisfaction. Our Quality Control Specialist will come to your home and inspect the installation to certify that proper techniques and procedures were followed. A document will be completed with the installation deficiencies and forwarded to our Installation Department for follow up.
